A: No. It looks like 4" would be the maximum. I didn't actually fit a 4" bouard in there -- it was a tape measurement.

A: Mark your cut on the moulding. Pick the saw slot that represents the angle you want. I just hold the nolding in place but you may be able to use a clamp. Insert a mitre saw and cut.

A: Hi Cosmo3669, the moulding is placed in the middle of the miter box.
You use a back saw and place the saw blade in either the 90 degree slot which is straight across or you place the saw blade in the 45 degree slot.
You then saw back and forth until you cut through the moulding.
You can also purchase a miter box that comes with a back saw and holding pins. This one has the best over all value, as this model miter box has more cutting angle slots.
