Q:Can this be placed in a bathroom without being Warped?
by|Jan 19, 2024
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: Yes. The Pendleton panels are 1/4" thick and will not warp if used on bathroom wall. As long as they are not in direct water contact areas. they should last a long time in your bathroom. Please do caulk the joints so water or condensation does not get behind the board. This will keep the board from swelling from the backside. The acrylic coating keeps the panel moisture-resistant on the front (printed) face of the panel.

Answer This Question
A: DPI panels are made to be installed on interior walls. In order for our hardboard panels to be installed on a ceiling, you would need to do the following:
start with a drywall or wood surface (do not install directly to rafters), trowel on the Loctite 0-sec PowerGrab, press all areas of the panel firmly and secure it with paneling nails.
