A: Please note that HLBSL4069FS35 is a IC-Rated fixture, suitable for direct contact with air permeable insulation. Not recommended for use in direct contact with spray foam insulation, reference NEMA LSD57-2013. Refer to the below link for more details.

A: You need a special dimmer from Lutron. Caseta I think it’s called. It allows you to place one dimmer and then put a “remote” in any other location in the house to control the same lights. It requires a hub but once it’s installed you can use Alexa
