Q:Are there any warranty's on these Grisham Brushed Nickel Lockset this will be the third one I have purchased the same part breaks on the lock. I am told this is the only lock that fits my Grisham door. I just puchased this door in 04/22.

    A:  Pedro, The lockset is not keyable. Would require that you key your entry door to the Brushed Nickle lockset. Thank You, Grisham Bros.

      A:  Jlhoban, The actual lock body as follows: 5-3/4" inches long, 1-1/2" inches deep, 1/2" inch wide. Mounting Flange 7-3/4" long x 3/4" wide. Universal use for most storm doors requiring a 7/8 in. backset and with a door thickness of 1 in. to 1-1/2 in. Hope this helps. Thank You, Grisham Bros.

              A:  I don’t know what the door specs are such as door thickness and the backseat from the edge. You will need to get the specs for the door and the lock set to see if they match.

                A:  Frapo, Distance is 2 7/8" inches on center. From top of striker to bottom of deadbolt is 3 7/8" Striker is 7/8" wide and the deadbolt is 1 1/4" wide. Thank You, Grisham Bros
