      A:  qvic1, The attached link will guide you to the Grisham brass slimline lockset. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Grisham-BP-IL550-Slimline-Double-Cylinder-Brass-and-Gold-Lockset-90520/202062012?NCNI-5 It will be necessary to file the door punch to generate clearance for the pear shaped cylinder. Other wise there is no direct fit replacement lock that we are aware of. Thank You, Grisham Bros.
