Q:The fixture is white but says textured. Can someone explain what that means regarding appearance? And also is color bright white?

A:  Hello. The word 'texture' refers to the paint finish as not being smooth. The term 'polished' is not correct in this context and will be edited. The white is a bright white.

    A:  Add more electric wire from wall. Add a thick pc. of wood, thickness of cabinet, then drill holes for wires. Glue board on or screws with spacers after threading wires through. Good luck!!!

        Q:Is this light compatible with mounting off-center? That is, can the base of this fixture mount to an electrical box that is not centered over the vanity and the outer shell of the fixture be slid a few inches to center the fixture over the countertop? We have a new vanity that is larger than the old one, so the center of the vanity is not in the same place and we would rather not have the electrician and drywall expense of moving the electrical box 3-4 inches to the right.
