A: Well, it's quite flexible. I don't see why not. You would have to make sure to use strong glue to hold it securely in the most convex area.

A: Doubtful! They’re very thin plastic. But if you used some other type of soft acoustic liner in between you could use the tiles to hide it.

A: They can install over most surfaces, however I would worry about how effective the glue would be because it doesn't have a porous surface to help absorb moisture.
