Q:When you overlap the edges of the panels for installation, does that take away from any of the width? For example, 3 panels overlapped at the edges would only cover 5'10" because of two 1-inch overlaps?

Q:Are these panels rated to be outdoors on a covered patio? Are they heat rated?

Answer This Question
A: If it is in a covered patio - and no moisture can get behind them and aren't in contact with direct sunlight - they could be used for this application. We would recommend Powergrab by Loctite - heavy duty. They aren't heat rated - we wouldn't recommend they get above 140 degrees F. (So if you have a grill or other heat source - we wouldn't recommend using these over it.)

A: It does not stick to anything on it's own. It is just plastic. You have to buy glue that is suitable to your installation plan.
