Q:Is this faucet made with the spot resistant stainless steel?

Answer This Question

A:  Thank you for your question, this faucet does not feature the spot resistant finish.

by|May 3, 2023

A:  I am not sure what spot resistant Stainless is per say, I can tell you that i am very happy with this faucet and it always looks good with minimal cleaning. I usually just wipe it down with a sponge and dry it with a paper towel and it looks brand new. Have had zero problems with its performance. It is well made and for the price you really cant go wrong.

    Answer This Question

A:  Thank you for your question, it is only necessary to use silicone in the deck plate installation, to keep the plate in place.

A:  I say no. It looks quite sleek with out it and I think it's easier to clean

      by|May 4, 2023

A:  If you have a three hole set up, then use the deck plate. It's recommended that you seal anything that goes through your counter top. A small thin bead of clear silicone sealant will do the trick nicely if you put the bead around the top of the hole. Hope this helps.

Q:I just recently learned the faucet pulls out after watching the video, I pulled it out the first time and cannot return it in, it hangs there. What's the trick or is there a malfunction with my facuet?

A:  There is a weight that goes on the hose underneath the sink. Did you install it when you put the faucet in? You should still be able to feed it in without it; did you check under the sink to make sure the hose is not resting against something or getting hung up on a pipe or valve?

A:  Did you install the return weight? If not, install it on the lowest part on the spray side of the hose, before the hose returns to the base. That will fix the problem.

A:  Had the same problem but I think I resolved it. Check the weight. The closer the weight to the faucet the better, but the trick seems to be that the spay head "snaps" in place with a bit of force. It will NOT retract by itself and if you slowly push it back it will not snap. Use your palm and slap lightly. It will snap in place. Works every time for me now and I hope it lasts.

A:  The product does come with hot/cold connectors but I had to add an extension to one of the lines because it was not long enough.

                  by|May 4, 2023

A:  It comes with ends that connect to you on/off valves, but not the valves themselves.

Q:It says 15.81 but most of faucets are about 9-10", so I wonder if 15.81 is correct. I like longer than 10" so the spout can reach closer to me.

Q:The little grey rubber button can be removed showing 2 smaller white buttons. The one button sticks so I have to pry it up to turn it from spray to straight. Is there a replacement part for that or do I just have to buy a whole new tap? Maybe some lubrication or an o ring or ? Anyone else have this problem & how did you fix it?
