    A:  The item comes with the correct size Allen wrench. On my own metric set, I find the 2mm wrench fits well.

                    Q:The plastic piece on the ring - the piece that permits the ring to swing in and out from the wall, but prohibits the ring from moving side to side - does not hold snugly. As a result the ring comes out of the wall-mounted piece every time I use the towel. Is there a replacement part - or a fix - for this?

                              Q:With the movement of the bar it got out of its place and got lost. I would be frustrated if I have to buy the entire towel ring just because of the mini screw!!!!!
