    Q:The hardware shows the up position but it seems to be backwards when have installed one of these before with no issue the bracket looks different do you have installation instructions/pictures on line

      A:  Hello Premo, There is a metal flange that is secured to the wall. Once the flange has been secured to the wall the ring slides over the flange. I hope this helps. Cheers, Chris
