Q:A lite wind keep blowing out our flame (both the pilot and blame). Any suggestions? It is out of warrenty. IT WORKS OK OUT OF WIND.

A:  It is most likely the anti tilt switch causing this issue. There is a video on this website that teaches you how to test the unit to figure out which of the two parts is causing the issue. https://www.gardensunservicecenter.com/videos You should look for the "HPS test"

    A:  You need a new regulator to propel the gas to the pilot. Un fortunately I have not found anyone that sell the regulators. I quess you have to buy a new unit when the regulator fails.

      A:  Make sure to fully purge the propane valve for a full 2 minutes to ensure you don't have any air bubbles in the line. Also, make sure to avoid highly windy areas while attempting to light this item.
