A: It should as long as you turn the crates bottom side up
A: I would think so, if you don't fill the frig to capacity.
A: Yes it would work as long as it's not to to heavy
A: I would think so. They are quite sturdy. I can stand on one and I weigh about 200 pounds.
A: Yes! Four will be more than adequate.
A: Yes. Super sturdy.
A: Not for worki.
A: 6 foot would be the limit when stacking.
A: Check your OSHA regulations
A: as far as I know there are not lids or this type of container
A: No, this product does not use a lid.
A: There are no lids produced for this product, you can use a piece of plexiglass from HD and shape lids from that.
A: Not to the best of my knowledge, but you might be able to find something comparable to use as a lid at a local hardware store.
A: Nope, no lids
A: If you look the item up for local availability, it lists aisle number and "bin" number. So go to aisle number listed and browse the bin numbers. If you don't find it then, go see the manager. This item will always be in the shelving and storage department.
A: I have visited several of the stores in the last month. I only found the crates at one store on display.
A: Not normal at all. If you get to the store again and get the same response, go to the Customer service desk and speak with a manager , either their inventory is off or the associate is not aware of where these are displayed/ stored.
A: no
A: I believe they had around 100 in stock. They were in two locations in the store. One location was on shelves by the checkout. I saw them somewhere else, maybe lawn and garden.
A: 12 inches by 12 inches.
A: 12.25" Wd. x 12.25" Wd.. x 10.5" Deep
A: 10 1/2'' x 12 1/8" x 12 1/8"
A: I measure 10 1/2" high on the inside. And 12 3/16 across both ways for the width inside. It may taper slightly towards the bottom, but I could not measure it.
A: Inside Dimensions = 12 3/16" x 12 3/16"
A: lime green, gray, red
A: I only saw the black ones in my store but other colors are on the site.
A: To the best of my knowledge that was the only color at the price offered, roughly 6 bucks per carton.
A: They only come in black, but are more durable than other brands that come in different colors that we’ve used.
A: I have only found them in black.
A: I use mine to carry my propane tank so it doesn't tip over. When full, it weighs about 37 lbs. and I believe it could handle even more weight!
A: All vendors to whom I've posed this question have stated that the weight limit is 50 lbs. That means they're likely being tested to that limit, and that's it. I've used them to hold more than that, but the flexion on the underside is worrisome. For ceramic tiles, I'd use something else. The Gladiator series of shelves that Home Depot sells would be marvelous for your intended purpose if you do as I did and cover their wire shelves with a sheet of plywood. They're wonderful shelves for massive amounts of storage weight.
A: I use it to carry 4 gallons of water. At 8.3 lbs per gallon that's at leasr 33 lbs with no strain on the cube
A: I use my to put firewood in. I fill it with 16" piece of hardwood stacked on end so maybe 20-25# It rides round in my Jeep while I off-road then gets used as I need it. These have not failed me after many trips, I bet they'd hold up for you.
A: This crate can hold up to 50 pounds.
A: I have a bunch of these in my dirt basement and placed them upside down and put totes filled with stuff (about 25lbs) on top, so that if any water got in the basement, the water would be able to gloat through the crates, while keeping my totes dry above the water before the sub pump could get all the water out. They are holding up really well. It was a great, inexpensive fix.
A: I know I can carry 2 gallons of water in it. At 8.3 lbs per gallon with no problems
A: Yes, I bought mine last week. They delivered it today and installed it in under 1 hour. I had a great experience!150 lbs or so
A: I don't know what weight the crate, upside down, would hold, if you're trying to put a table on top. You would need to put some plywood on the crate, but I don't know if the entire thing would be safe.
A: 4 to 6 crates with a planks or sheet of plywood laid across will hold a significant amount of weight.
A: I just checked mine, and they had one round hole on each side.
A: The crate has hand holds, one on each side near the top. The crates I purchased also had oval holes towards the bottom of the crate in each corner - you can use 1 inch ratchet straps to hold the crates to an ATV or UTV.
A: There is only one hand hole per side on the crates I purchased.
A: Those holes are openings to carry milk crate. The picture is as it seems. A Hole on every side to carry crate.
A: There are oblong handle cutouts on all 4 sides as pictured
A: Yes. I use it at my ice cream shop to hold 4 one gallon milk jugs. It is the same sized used by our milk delivery company.
A: Yes, this standard milk crate is designed to hold 4 standard size one gallon jugs according to several milk crate manufacturers that offer an equivalent milk crate product and also based on the inside dimensions of this milk crate in relation to the dimensions of a standard one gallon jug.
A: Yes.
A: Yes
A: I just tested the crate and it will hold 4 1 gallon milk gallons
