Q:I have it installed & now it is quite loose. How can I remove it to tighten the screws?

A:  The entire bracket will need to be removed from the wall, in the back of the bracket once removed from the wall you will see the set screw that tightens the holder.

      A:  Remove unit from wall... and tighten exposed rear bolt in shaft that holds rod in place.

        A:  There is a bolt that holds it in place on the back side. Tighten it.

            A:  Yes. Remove holder, on back side is a bolt, unscrew it to loosen it... now you can slide the rod out and remove the plate... then reinsert the rod and tighten the bolt.
