A:  Yes, the unit is rated to -5°F and will deliver efficient heat up to 16500 BTU. You need a licensed HVAC technician to determine just how much heat you need at the coldest temperature for the area [and home] you live in. That will tell you if this unit will supply 100% of your heating needs or if you will need supplemental heat at the coldest temperature you experience.

      A:  The outdoor unit comes with enough refrigerant for (5) 25 ft line sets. There is actually enough refrigerant in it for up to 131 ft. [total all indoor units combined] if needed. No refrigerant needs to be removed if the connected line sets are less than 131 Ft.

When one downloads a copy from Google PlayStore, the next time it is opened it says "found a newer version". When one goes to Update, the message "for your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source." If GREE+ has a new version, why don't they submit it to the PlayStore for the Google engineers to examine and approve?
