A: CAFCI is the new improved AFCI
The only difference is the CAFCI will additionally protect for Series circuit wiring Arc faults

Q:Will this fit a Cutter Hammer box for same type of Breaker?
by|Aug 18, 2018

Answer This Question
A: As per manufacture you should only use breakers specifically listed for that panel and upon electrical inspection they will be looking for that. That said GE THQ style breakers will fit in a cutler hammer CL style panel but the breakers will not fit in the cutler CH style panel.
by|May 5, 2023
A: No it will not fit the cutler hammer panel box

Q:Can I replace a low amp circuit with a regular 15 amp breaker. I am replacing low voltage vanity light with a regular one?

Answer This Question
A: Not enough information to answer this question
If vanity outlet is within 5 ft of a water source it will need to be gfci protected
The breaker must always be equal to or rated for the lightest wire gauge used in that circuit
by|May 5, 2023
A: I'm afraid I don't understand your question. What breaker would you be replacing? 15 amp / 120 volt is usually the smallest size breaker in a residential load center.
