A:  Hi Marty- The Profile model does not offer a Cook time feature. This model does include a Timer setting, that works as a countdown. The oven will continue to operate when the timer is complete. We encourage you to view page 11 of the Owner's Manual for complete details: https://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfImages/29/29f79b6b-3939-46a1-a0d2-8e3b9325a7eb.pdf - The Sabbath Mode, when activated, disables: 12-hour automatic shut-off, Audible beep tones, Temperature roasting probe (on some models), Clock, Temperature display. During the Sabbath Mode, no temperature changes will be displayed, and the oven will operate continuously at the selected temperature. A:  PKD7000SNSS This 27" model DOES have a temperature probe, we just installed it yesterday. Look at the HD information about this model and/or the manual for this model from GE and it will prove it DOES have a probe.
