A:  Hi Annie- Thanks for choosing our GE Model # JGS750SEFSS! This slide-in range is designed for easy installation in a standard 30" wide free-standing range cutout. The strip of counter (2.25" lip) at the rear will need to be removed for installation. The oven vent at the rear will not overhang the counter. We suggest to view "Specifications" at the following link for details: https://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfImages/c8/c800574a-f042-40e6-b3aa-36db2083257f.pdf - Keep in touch. A:  Hi Slc- Thanks for your purchase! We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and glad to provide assistance. Fault codes are programmed in all electronic range or oven controls. These codes help GE Appliance Factory Service technicians quickly diagnose issues. You may need to simply reset the electronics. Disconnect all power to the oven for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect power. If the function error code repeats, we encourage you to schedule a service appointment for diagnosis. To schedule service, on-line, 24 hours a day, visit us at GEAppliances.com, or call 800.GE.CARES (800.432.2737). Keep in touch. We are always eager to help! SUEatGEA

                  Answer This Question

A:  Hi KQuestion- Thanks for considering our Model # JGS750SEFSS! The oven will not shut off after 12 hours when programmed for Sabbath mode. The Sabbath mode control allows the oven to operate in the Sabbath mode for a minimum of three days; however, Sabbath Mode will stay on until turned off. See the following link: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17709 - The options for this features are: "12 Shdn", "no Shdn" and "Sabbath". Press the Delay Time pad to view the current setting and then to change the setting to one of the three options. See page 16 of the Owner's Manual for details regarding the Sabbath mode: http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfImages/45/4566b20a-be85-4daa-8103-2292bba97f44.pdf - We hope this is helpful.
