A:  Hello Kyle, This is Lisa from GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. To change the temperature, please press and release the Freezer or Fridge pad. The display will show the set temperature. To change the temperature, press either the Freezer or Fridge pad until the desired temperature is displayed. To turn off the cooling system, press and hold the Fridge and Ice Maker pads simultaneously for 3 seconds. When the cooling system is Off, the display should read Off. I hope this helps! A:  Hi Rosie, we have this model GE fridge and our water dispense does not drip at all. So, there must be something faulty going on with yours. Ours is crazy loud though and seems to run all the time.
