An optional Power Cord Connection Kit, model JXHC1, is available at extra cost from your GE supplier for installation using a standard 3-prong, grounded wall outlet. Allows range hoods to be installed with a plug and receptacle instead of being "hard-wired" . Follow the Installation Instructions packed with the kit to connect the power cord to the range hood. A:  Hard wired but you can order the wire or just go to Home Depot and buy an appliance cord.

It is Artistry Series because it has the same cosmetic look as the other Artistry Series appliances. However, you can use it with any of our other appliances.
