Questions and Answers for Fypon 2-1/2 in. x 8 in. x 90 in. Polyurethane Fluted Pilasters with Adjustable Plinth Block - Pair

A:  We offer a PIL8x108 which can be cut down, this will not be listed on homedepot.com but can be purchased through one of their local stores.

A:  Total height will be 90", you would need to go to the next size up and cut down to size.

A:  You would want to call the team at Home Depot, this may be a site glitch so by talking with them you might be able to get an order for one pair only.

A:  These are not stocked in stores but you would be able to order from your local Home Depot as one pair only.

A:  The 2.5" projection are the furthest points which are at the plinth and the top capital. The fluted center portion is only 1 3/4".

A:  8"

A:  The exact width of the PIL8X90 is 8" exactly.

A:  The plinth block completely surrounds the pilaster. Any gap between the bottom of the pilaster and the “floor” will be hidden. You will need to caulk the top edges of the plinth block as the fit is not precise.

A:  Yes, that should work fine. If there is still a small gap at the bottom you can trim out the bottom with1/4 round

A:  The 8" adjustable pilasters come in lengths of 90", 108" and 144". They are meant to be cut down to the length needed and the plinth blocks at the bottom are meant to hide the cuts.
