        A:  For an 8 ounce kettle you will need 1/4 - 1/2 cup of oil, depending on your test preferences. I recommend starting lower and building up. The oil you purchase may have a different recommendation, which is something you should look for on the package. We use pre-made packs which have the right amount of oil, salt, and popcorn seeds in them already. You can buy them based on kettle size online. Good luck!
