    A:  Hi, Gmg! The maximum height for the kickplate is 4-1/2 inches; there is no necessary minimum. An approved cooktop should be able to sit comfortably with the wall oven in a 36-inch tall counter. Electrical and gas components for a cooktop should be routed to the side, as pictured on page eight of the Installation Manual. Please be sure to check the specifications for your cooktop to ensure it is approved for installation with a wall oven! ~Ashton

                    A:  Hi Fishmaster. The cut out dimensions for model FGEW2765PF are W 24 7/8" - 25¼" , D 24", and H 27¼" - 28¼". For a cutout height greater than 28 1/4" add one 2" wide wood shim of appropriate height to each side of the opening under the appliance side rails. Kindly, Anna
