A:  Yes, but you have to be able to install a water line. It is not in the door, but in the freezer. It comes with a container to hold ice. You can turn on the ice maker and turn it off.

A:  It is an additional purchase. Keep in mind if you put an ice maker in it, you lose a lot of freezer space. This fridge has been relegated to the garage. I became so tired of the small freezer space. A bag of ice or ice cube trays took up space as well. I also don't like the top shelf on the cooling side.

The label states it cost $51 per year to run. I think that the $51 estimate is low. I would not be surprized to find that it cost +$100 per year to run.

A:  Efficient as far as utility bill goes. But after a few years of use, mine has started squealing a very loud noise. Will cost way too much to have it fixed. $90 service fee-,$100 part- hourly repairman wage to do the work. NOT WORTH THE MONEY
