Q:Is this solid stainless steel? The description says so, but a couple of reviews mention rust spots, and solid stainless should never rust. I need to be sure as I might be mounting this outside.

Q:Can I use hillman #8-10 x 1-3/16 in. screws to mount the bar?
I am mounting this in my bathroom and since there's tiles I would need an anchor. The wood screws provided will not help in this case.

A: I bought these in in two sizes, and had them professionally installed. They are just the right thickness for grasping and have a slightly roughened surface to maintain grip. They are perfect for ADA use.
