          Q:What is the maximum span between posts? E.g. could a 18x10 ft pergola be supported with two masonry end posts (16 ft center to center)? This is for a Southern California installation (no snow load).

                A:  We attached it to the house with lag screws every foot, into the existing beam that runs runs the length of the back of the house. Unfortunately I no longer have the instructions for assembly.

                            A:  The shipping dimensions are approximately 18 ft long x 1 ft wide x 1 ft tall and arrive in 4-5 boxes weighing 50 lbs each. Due to size, delivery is via freight company that will schedule date and time for you to accept delivery and store in a secure location until installation.
