A:  Hello Vince, thank you for your inquiry. These units are proprietary to USPS, so we have to comply with the approved specifications. We wouldn't be able to replace that parcel door with a normal tenant compartment door. That being said- if USPS has not installed their arrow locks the parcel door would have a hole where the arrow lock is supposed to go. Also, the bottom portion of the mechanism that contains the tenant lock would open and close like a normal door without the captive key mechanism engaged. (It is the USPS arrow lock that causes that to engage). Best practice would be to check with your local post office, but it "could" be done, but again would have a hole in the door and would compromise the security of the unit and it would then be out of spec with the USPS requirements for that unit so we do not recommend it.

A:  Yes, these can have custom decals, but you will need to contact your local Home Depot and place a special order through their pro desk. If you prefer to order online you can order the additional decals separately if you would prefer to go that route. Thank you!

A:  The tenant locks are the same style of lock, but they all have unique key codes for security. The parcels also have a similar key, but have a captive key system that the postal arrow lock will release when they insert a package. I hope this helps!

A:  The smallest pedestal option is 4, but the closest to what you are needing would be the 8 door unit. Because these only come in certain configurations the postal service is generally flexible about having some compartments unoccupied. If you do have any concerns I would check with your local post office.

A:  We don't recommend using it without the pedestal, but as long as it is the appropriate height, the unit is secure, and most importantly your local USPS approves the install then there shouldn't be a reason why not. Please make sure to check with your post office!

A:  These units can have customized numbering. They can come with custom decal numbers on the units or those can be sold separately. There is also an engraved option. I would suggest checking with your local post office to make sure that the proposed numbering is approved.

A:  The anchor bolts are not included because this can be mounted on a new pad or an existing one. If it is a new pad the J bolts will work or on a new pad Hilti bolts work the best.
