A:  Ellie, the actual size of the Pre Pleat 40, 20x24x1 is 19-1/2x24-1/2x3/4. You have listed 23-1/2x24x1, please clarify. If the size is not satisfactory please return to the store for an exchange or a refund. Stores can also order custom and special sizes if needed.

    A:  It REALLY makes no sense at all to show completely different measurements than what is on the product itself...That is VERY confusing....just put on the product WHAT the actual measurements are...and here is the thing...we have been buying the 20X24X1 size filters for 15+ years....WHY now since we MUST order them (not sold in stores anymore) do they all of a sudden not fit?? I mean since ordering these...I have waited 11 days to receive them.....That is like ordering a dress in your size 10 and they send you an 8 and expect it to fit you...!! smh...shouldnt have to order a product to find out what size it is...Thanks.
