A:  You have a couple of options to get these filters: 1. You can go into your local store and they can order the product for you. 2. You can go to homedepot.com and order on-line. These filters are sold in fill case (a 12-packs). This size (24x24) is not available in many stores … so this might be a good option. If you upgrade to pleated filters (Rheem and Honeywell products), you could purchase single and 3-pack filters.

    A:  Thank you for the inquiry on the Grille Air filter 12 x 12 x 1 in. The actual dimensions are 11 5/8 x 11 5/8 x 3/4 in.

      A:  Actually I just received the item and the actual dimensions are 11-1/8 x 11-3/8 x 3/4. This is printed on the filter, but HD photo is of wrong side.

      A:  They would be undercut 7/8 on the first leg and 5/8 on the second leg.
