The Filtrete(TM) Whole House Complete System # 4WH-QCTO-S01 and Lowe's Item# 314546 uses the Filtrete(TM) Whole House Replacement Filter #4WH-QCTO-F01 and Lowe's Item# 334767. These items are not interchangeable and designed to be used only in their specific housing units.

The Filtrete Large Capacity Whole House Pre-Filtration System Refill fits most heavy duty capacity whole house sump style systems, however the filters used in the GE 1 in. High Flow Opaq WH Heavy-Duty Household Water Filtration Unit (Model # GXWH35F) are 0.2 inches smaller in each dimension (assembled depth, width, and height). The Filtrete filters may not properly fit in the filtration unit and there may be a concern with proper sealing. Best wishes on your project.
