Answer This Question
A: Thank you for your question. Sorry, we do not carry this bulb in a 1.25" height option.
by|Jun 25, 2020
A: The product height listed as 1.8 is in-correct. The actual size is 1 5/16 or 1.3 inches from bulb tip to pin. This is the shorter bulb needed for the older puck lights. Mine have lasted several years installed in and under my cabinets.

A: Yes. Home Depot sells them. But they also sell the LED versions as well. Same amount of light, but cheaper to run, and don't get as hot.

A: What is your question? I don't see what you are asking. Can you rephrase it?
by|May 9, 2020
A: Replacing undercounter bulbs. Little effort.
HINT: wear some type of gloves so that no moisture or grease gets on the bulb(s). The liquid, no matter how small, will cause a heat spot on the bulb and might cause it to fail prematurely.
by|May 12, 2020
A: Will not work for your application. These are miniature bulbs (20-Watt) for under cabinet lighting use. You need to use the 9-inch length Lithonia T4 type replacement bulbs for your purposes.

Answer This Question
A: Take your old bulbs to Home Depot. All you need to do is make sure the two wires, or what I call the legs sticking out the bottom, are the same size. Bulb size does not matter. Ask a HD employee, they are quick to assist.

A: This is a xenon 20w bulb. It is a clear, bright, natural light, not white, not dim. The pins only work on lamps with the same width of the pins. When you take your old bulb in, you match the drawing on the package to see if your pins are the same distance. The width & length of the bulb is irrelevant. They will fit in whatever device you're installing it in. All lamps that match the pin width with the drawing, will fit this bulb.

A: Thank you for your question. The dimples in this halogen bulb are part of the design, they hold the filaments in place. We are unable to ascertain why you are getting a dark ring from them. Can you please take a photo and email to info@feit.com so we can assist more.
