A: The outline is black, the glass is frosted just like the photo.

A: The glass does not have have color. It is made up of some clear bevels along with other glass highlights which obscure the glass but nothing has any color to the glass. Some of the glue chip glass will have some gray highlight.

Q:We painted the outside of door and four weeks later the paint is still tacky and can be scatched off with your fingernail. What do we need to do? I thought it was read to paint?

A: The door is ready to paint since it does not need primer, per the finishing instructions it is recommended to slighly scuff the door with 600 grit sandpaper for better paint adhesion. Issue may be related to the paint that was used or was the door properly prepped and cleaned prior to painting.(Remove any oily residue on the door which could lead to paint not adhering)
