A:  The center to center distance from the bore hole on top to the hole for the bottom post is 8-5/8". This handleset will fits door widths from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4".

            A:  Yes, the internal mechanisms are the same. Measurements are the same. The only difference is the style. Lever -vs- knob.

              A:  These are received ALL keyed Different from the factory. There is no way for us to ship keyed alike. However, if you take the handleset with you to your local Home Depot, they will rekey it for you. There may, or may not be a small charge for this.
