      Answer This Question

A:  Hello and thank you for your interest in our product. The Traditional 2 2x4panel has a 12x12" square pattern, whereas the Traditional 1 18x24 panel has the 6" squares. I would suggest using the ceiling panels for the entire project, not only because they allow for the most coverage, but that way your panels are all matching. Answer This Question

A:  Hello! Yes, our Fasade panels are impervious to water but substrates like drywall or plywood are not. Be sure, that you properly prep(water proof) the substrate that is going to be behind the panels. The panels are virtually indestructible under normal use. We also recommend that the panels be cleaned with soap and water only. Any harsh abrasives will damage the finish on the tiles. Please feel free to contact customer care for any additional questions at 800.434.3750. We would be happy to assist you!

                    Answer This Question

A:  Hello! Thank you for your question! To cut the backsplash panels, you can use a utility knife, scissors or a tin snips. To ensure professional looking results, the room layout should be balanced with panels centered in the room and equal size border panels used on opposite sides of the room. Please feel free to contact customer care for additional installation tips (800.434.3750). Thank you!
