A:  Hello and thank you for taking the time to review our product. Due to the weight of the 4x8 wall panels, we do not recommend installing the 4X8 panels to a ceiling application. The weight of the panels will cause the panels to fall down. Additionally, if the panels were cut into smaller sections, the lip of each panel section would not overlap. This would cause a noticeable seam. We do offer 2x4 Fasade Glue- up panels for ceiling applications. Please feel free to contact customer care for installation instructions (800.434.3750).

A:  Hello and thank you for your interest in our product. Our decorative Fasade backsplash panels are made of PVC plastic which can handle high humidity rooms, kitchens, dining rooms, bedrooms, bars, basements, bathrooms, and family rooms. Unfortunately, we do not recommend installing the panels in a non-temperature controlled area or outside (outdoor patio/ garage/ camper/ RV) because the panels are not designed for exterior use or extreme weather conditions. The panels may expand and contract in extreme hot and cold temperature swings causing the foil to deform. The adhesive may also be an issue as it freezes & thaws or reaches high temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. Additionally, UV rays will cause the panels’ coloration to fade quickly so we do not recommend installing the panels in direct sunlight.
