A:  Thank you for your interest in our product. As long as the concrete wall in your basement is smooth, dry, and clean the adhesive will adhere to it. You will need to use a oil based primer prior to the adhesive to prevent the adhesive from soaking into the wall itself. A:  Hello! Thank you for your interest in our products! We recommend using PL Premium Adhesive by Loctite. We have tested this glue and know it works great with our products. Also prior to installation, it is recommended that the entire wall be smooth and flat. Being that our panels are so textured (extensive patterns) they must have an extremely smooth, flat surface or they will pull away from the wall. A:  Hello! Thank you for your question! Our Fasade product cannot be put on a curved or rounded surface. Although, the panels are somewhat flexible they are not meant to curve around any rounded corners. The flexibility is merely to aid in the ease of install. Prior to installation, it is recommended that the entire wall be smooth and flat. Being that our panels are so textured (extensive patterns) they must have an extremely smooth, flat surface or they will pull away from the wall. A:  Hello! Thank you for your question! The Fasade decorative tiles are durable PVC plastic that are water, impact and stain resistant. However, the panels are not made of real metal (aluminum).The backsplash panels are as thick as a credit card or 0.76 mm thick and come in many different foil finishes. A:  Hello! Thank you for your question! Our Tiles are not designed and have not been tested for outdoor use. Customers have used them outside with success but we do not recommend that use and the manufactures warranty would not apply to damage/defects caused by weather. The foil covered panels may not sustain their color in the sunlight and because they are made of plastic, they could crack in certain weather conditions. The panels may expand and contract in extreme hot and cold temperature swings so the foil can deform. The adhesive may also be an issue as it freezes & thaws or reaches higher temperatures than 100 degrees.
