A:  Thank you for your great question! We do not recommend installing our Quilted Decorative Wall Panel in Brushed Nickel be used in a shower installation. The direct and consistent water contact will affect the adehsive on the panel over time and is not something we can warranty. Currently, we do not have any of our Fasade product line we recommend for use in a shower setting. However, we do have our DumaWall panel line coming online within the next few months and those tiles would be able to update your shower installation. A:  Thank you for your interest in our Quilted Decorative Wall Panel in Brushed Aluminum. Unfortunately, the panels themselve are not 100% scratch resistant, with too much sharp pressure they can damage or crack the foil finish overlay. However, these panels will withstand typical normal wear and tear (like a backsplash would get). We recommend that the panels be cleaned with only soap and water, if necessary a mild degreaser. As long as the panels are installed in a temperature controlled environment where it isn't succeptable to extreme heat or cold your installation will be successful. We do recommend using a PL Premium by Loctite as the adhesive to install your panels to the truck walls; due to the road vibrations and temperature swings. A:  Thank you for your interest in our product. The wall to which you plan to install Fasade panels to needs to be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, wax, etc. After you’ve cleaned the wall, be sure that it is dried thoroughly. Acceptable substrates are drywall, plaster or clean, smooth tile (glazed, porcelain type tile; not porous or textured). Any damaged, loose or uneven areas must be repaired, patched, leveled and primed. Fill cracks and irregularities with wallboard compound or spackling, then sand smooth with fine-grade sandpaper. Any porous material like highly textured drywall, plywood (or any raw wood without primer), and wallpaper unless removed, sanded and primed, will result in adhesive failure. A:  Hello and thank you for your interest in our product. Keep in mind when using in a bathroom, our panels can only be cleaned with soap and water. As long as our panels are not exposed to certain shower and bathtub cleaners, they are able to be used around the outside or above a shower. We do have inside corner trim available in both 4' and 18" sections, unfortunately we do not have it available in the Bisque color at this time. The Fasade panels are made out of a PVC thermo plastic which a a very durable material, however we do not recommend it to be used as countertops. Being that the panels are made of PVC plastic they are subject to scratches or dents if struck with a heavy object. A:  Hello! Thank you for your question! Yes, you can use the 4'x8' wall panels for a variety of projects. Cabinets, bookcases, headboards, backsplashes, kitchen islands, stairs, kickboards, and many other craft projects have been finished with our decorative 4'x8' wall panels.
