          Answer This Question

A:  Send us your e-mail for the exploded view in a pdf document. You don't need 16 signals for one home installation. Just pick one signal. You could always use the other 15 signals to turn other X10 appliances on and off in your home. The main purpose is so not to turn your neighbor's water on and off and vice versa. The First two On and Off buttons are defaulted to the module for the valve.

A:  See a review I wrote about this on the Home Depot site. Every 30 days, which involves taking the solenoid valve apart and cleaning it. Not user friendly at all.

A:  You can use any one of the 16 frequencies. The defauld A1 will work.

A:  There is no app with this system. The water sensors automatically shut off the water when it detects water.

                        Answer This Question

A:  The receiver and remote look suspiciously like like re-branded X-10 modules. Specifically the HR12A Remote and TM751 Transceiver. The HR12A has a stated range of 100ft, well under your requested 100 yards. However, *IF* they are just re-branded X-10, that works in your favor. There is an entire ecosystem of interchangeable X-10 gear out there, including signal extenders, wired controllers and even PC automation.
