      Q:Are the glass panels repairable/replacable? Let's say the neighbor's kids throw a baseball through one of the windows. Can I just call a glass company to come replace that pane? Or is the process more difficult?

      A:  Of course, absolutely. They are just 4mm (3/16") tempered glass panels which you can order from your local glass company. By the way kids throwing a ball generally will not break the glass but a rock thrown by a lawn mover is asking for trouble. Any other questions call us: 877-760-8500 ext 701.

        A:  They operate on paraffin oil which expands when a temperature of around 72 F is reached. They are powered by the sun. Exaco: 877-760-8500 ext 701

          A:  I do not recommend you use anybody they might suggest unless they have prior experience with the assembly of this greenhouse. But, we have by now quite a few independent contractors who have experience. Please call us to discuss option: Exaco: 877-760-8500 ext 701.

            Q:I live in an area that can get to -0 degrees F. Do I have to worry about the windows shattering? What about the base. Does it have to be a concrete base on footings so it's completely level to keep the windows from shattering?

            A:  I don’t know about the temperature. If you call Exaco in Austin, Tx they can help you. I think you can put it directly on the ground, but you should have it level. Also, they put my anchors in concrete to help keep it safer in the wind.
