Answer This Question

A:  PowerTIG255EXt will be back in stock by November 15th.

by|Jun 26, 2023

A:  My guess is that a newer model is coming out and the price reflects the old price not the current one. I suggest speaking with customer service and see if they will do a price match. In fact, Home Depot offers price matching publicly so they are bound to not only match the price but beat it by 10%. Here is a cut and paste of that promise from the Home Depot site, “If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any retailer, we will match the price and beat it by 10%.” All you need to do is bring in the ad, printout or even a photo (of either) with you to the register for validation. Mar 28, 2018 This is a good welder and Everlast stands behind their product. I had to return mine for repair. Paid shipping, they took care of the rest. I got back a like new machine.

                          A:  60% at max amps.

                          by|Dec 17, 2019

A:  60% at 110v running 150 amps and 60% at 220v running 250 amps. The 110 volt duty cycle is the best I've seen of any 110 volt tig welder of any make. Its what sold me.

A:  everlast has W300 220v cooler, that fits all its 200+ amps AC/DC TIGs. but you can also use any other brand as well, as long as TIG torch water leads male quick connects will fit the female quick connects on the cooler.

A:  This welder is engineered to use their own water cooler. It has a built in receptacle on the back side to provide power to the water cooler and quick connect fittings for the torch to the water cooler. However you can rig up any water cooler to it by installing the quick connects on the hoses leading to and from the torch's and cooler's water lines instead of threaded fittings.. I hooked up a home made one this way.

A:  on 240v, even 30-35 amps will do. so 40 amp breaker is more than enough.
