Q:My finished opening is exactly 48”. The track is about 1.5” less than my opening. Will this be an issue?

Answer This Question
A: The track in the Everbilt 48 in. Sliding Door Set is intentionally built this way to allow movement for operation. The track should be centered in the opening.
by|Mar 16, 2021
A: This is to slide the door open & closed. If the track is just about 1.5 inches short of the opening, then it will not be long enough for the door to slide open. It needs to be about twice the size of your opening to slide it to the open position.
