A: They'll probably fit into the hole of a peg board, but I think the peg board is too thick so they may not snap in to hold good.

A: Where the door hits the metal door frame you must drill 1/4" holes. Then just push them in, if you have any trouble just use small allen wrench to push it in.

A: Yes, you do need a hole. If you don't want to drill holes, you can always buy similar items that have adhesive on one side. They seem to stick fairly well since the pressure of the closed door holds them onto the metal.

Q:Why are the product dimensions the size of the BAG of bumpers? Who cares? Obviously, customers need to know the size OF THE BUMPER ITSELF.

A: they spend a lot of time answering this question on YouTube when what I wanted was the how to instructions... on my door there is little space for the edge of the door to abut the edge of the door jamb... but i'll have to live with it, as long as they stay in they should work even tho half of the silencer is going to not be functioning between door and jamb... it may look a little hokey but as long as it works i'll be fine w it... look like roughly half inch maybe a little less... the good thing is that the bag supplies a reasonable number of them, only 12 not 100 like most purchasing options I've seen...

A: The door silencers are 1/2" round and fit metal doors with 1/4" hole's in the frame. the total length of the silencer is about 1/2".
I think you can use them on a wood frame door if you drill a 1/4" holes in the frame. to insert them you use a 3/32" allen wrench in the the top of the door silencers and just push it in the hole.
