A:  It cannot be placed below the plaque as the solar panels would face the ground and not get enough light. It can be place directly above the address numbers as it need no clearance. As to "adequacy" of light; how would anyone be able to answer that question. Its too subjective.

A:  Thank you for your question. The Enviro-Light is designed to fit the contours of our Do-It-Yourself and custom address plaque products. It can be used in other applications with the included mounting bracket. As long as the solar panel on the Enviro-Light has exposure to the sun it can charge the internal battery and illuminate the LEDs.

A:  The instructions for the light and design is made to fit over the top of the address plaque.
