Q:Is this an Emerson product or a White Rodgers???
I want the model number ordered and MAY have already checked out. When I went to check out it did not mention model number on Emerson and not White Rodgers

A: White-Rodgers is a division of Emerson Electric that makes HVAC controls. White-Rodgers makes thermostats and markets them under both names. This 1F86-344 thermostat can be purchased with either the Emerson or White-Rodgers name on it, but they are both the exact same thermostat so which name comes on the thermostat really makes no difference.
