A: MR16 refers to the shape and diameter of the bulb.
Specifically, MR means medium reflector and 16 means the outer diameter of the reflector, which is 16 eighths of an inch.
While these have been typically been halogen, they now come in much cooler temperature LED's and are sold at your local Home Depot.
But to answer your question, IF you used a more common 35 watt halogen MR16, it would be about or a little less than a 60 watt incandescent (if that is what you meant).
And 3 of them together would give 105 watts of output. Again, you can choose MR16 35 watt equivalent in LED if you wish to give you the same light as halogen, but with much less heat and a much longer life.
