A:  Dave.. too bad Eglo Support Team can't think outside their formulaic answers.. they could come up with an answer as easy as: "the six head depicted in the picture has been discontinued" or "the six head fixture depicted in our very own factory photograph, was a combination of two kits." Too bad Eglo..

A:  The Parma Track Light does not come with 6-track heads. Perhaps you mean a fixture similar but different name; maybe a Mauricio 6-Light (200206A) In which this model is discontinued with the manufacturer, but may be able to purchase online or from The Home Depot store. A:  For the Parma 4-Head Track Light, you should be able to fit the tool over the bulb to reach the socket ring that will need to be twisted off. Once the socket ring has been taken off, simply remove the outer glass to where the bulb is now exposed for removal. Please be sure to use a cloth or gloves to remove the halogen bulb, as the oils on your fingertips can instantly burn-out the replacement bulb. Once the bulb has been replaced, take the tool, outer glass and the socket ring, and screw it back over the socket/bulb to secure in place. I surely hope this helps.
