A:  Mine is. There are probably some limitations to it, but since the round thing in the middle creates some space between the fixture and the ceiling, it accommodates a slopes ceiling.

A:  No, this can not be used on a sloped ceiling.

A:  No. This fixture is not recommended to be hung on a slop ceiling on account of the glasses clinging or being one on top of the other. The extensions the glass is attached to are wires, not rods; so the glass has a strong possibility of touching. Thanks a million!

A:  My electrician and I took the fixture apart, pulled the hanging wires through the horizontal hanging bar and shortened the length. If you want to shorten more than a couple of inches, you will need to disassemble the wiring. We pulled the wires through, cut them to length + wiring allowance, rewired them together, and then hung the fixture. Be aware that as soon as you make any adjustments to length, it can be very hard to get them even.

A:  Hello, an order to adjust the height of the Troy 3, there are 3-metal squares that hold each wire under the mounting plate with 2-Philips head screws holding. Simply loosen the 2-screws and pull the cord to the desired length. Then tighten the 2-Philips head screws back to secure the cord. Cut off any excess cord that will not fit into the canopy housing. A:  cut the wire from the top, before connect to the wire outlet from the ceiling

A:  No, there is no marking on mine when I opened the box
