A: This dual meter box was the box Southern California Edison told us to get for our project. We added a mobile home to the property. This dual meter box combined the meter from the existing home and the new meter for the new mobile home in one box. We attached this dual meter box on the existing home in the same spot as the original one hole meter, where the power came in overhead from the street. Then ran power from this meter box underground to the new mobile. It passed inspection with no problems here in Tulare County, Central Valley, California, with Edison.

A: In the last three years I built two duplexes. The first one I used this Eaton panel. The second one I used A Siemens Internet #206109554Model # WP2211RJStore SO SKU #516939 panel.
The Siemens has the breakers on the other side of the meters. More importantly there is more wire space in the breaker area. It is on the Home Depot site for $302. The Siemens was
much nicer to work in.

A: Hello, 1MP2122R is rated for overhead use and will have space for incoming wires. For overhead, a DS___H2 (DS200H2, DS250H2, or DS300H2) hub will need to be purchased. Regards, Eaton.
