          A:  The Earlex Pro 8 gun has seven needle sizes available. Starting with .08mm, 1mm, 1.3mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2mm and 2.5mm. You can see them all here - https://www.earlex.com/products/sprayport-6003pus/ The gun comes with the 1.3mm installed. for more help call us at 1-888-783-2612.

            A:  It depends on the project. If you want to paint the side of the barn, use the 2.5mm nozzle and don't thin your paint. But if you want a fine finish on your trim, thin the paint 5-10% with water, use the 1.3mm nozzle already in the gun and spray from 6" away. For more application tips, call us at 1-888-783-2612.

              A:  No you don’t have to thin either one. I mostly use mine for shellac, but I have used it to spray paint, oil based poly, and other types, and it does a great job with all materials.

                Q:Has anyone sprayed a CEILING with this gun? I have a patterned ceiling, narrow trim in a squared pattern that will be a total hassle by hand. Would this cover the 'squares' as well as the trim evenly?

                    A:  GUN type = Siphon feed__Not pressure feed. <> Pressure feed Guns__have NO material cup (gravity/siphon) attachment to spray gun period -- but uses a remote pressure pot, usually 2 quarts or greater in capacity. . . ."Wagner" should know better !
