Q:Can this be used on an indoor concrete floor previously stained?
        by|Nov 24, 2023
        1 Answer
        Answer This Question

A:  Eagle Acid Stains can be applied to surfaces that were previously acid stained, however, due to it being a chemical reaction, there is no guarantee that you will receive the desired results on a surface that has already been chemically altered. I recommend applying a sample of the acid stain, which can be found on www.eaglesealer.com

Q:I want my stain to be a lighter color… can I dilute the Eagle acid etch stain with water? Will it make the color lighter?
            by|Nov 4, 2023
            1 Answer
            Answer This Question

A:  Diluting the Acid Stain, at a ratio no greater than 1:1 with water, can minimize the chemical reaction that takes place to create the stain. I highly recommend sampling the product, through www.eaglesealer.com, on your concrete before a full application. The Acid Stain and its results can vary in every application.
